Explanation of 9x9 Go
	This program enables you to play the computer at 9x9 Go. 
	You can also use it to play your friends and Go rivals.

Operating environment: Windows

The makeup of the decompressed folder of the compressed file 'GoGame9.zip'.

If you click on and start GoGame9.exe, the main screen is displayed.

Playing with the computer
Click the 'New game' button.
Set the game conditions with the Game Setting Dialogue and press the OK button.
The screen changes to the game mode and the game begins.

There is a square cursor that shows the points where moves are played on the board.
When playing a move, click on the point where the cursor is.
You can move the cursor using the arrows on the keyboard.
If you press the Enter (return) key when the cursor is on the point where you want to play, 
a Go stone will appear.
(With playing with a human opponent, it's convenient to use the mouse and the keyboard.)

(Game screen)
[Back button]: Press when you have played on the wrong point. 
               The screen returns to the previous position (two moves earlier).
[Pass button]: Press when you want to pass a move. (It then becomes the computer's turn.)
[Resign button]: Press when you admit defeat and wish to resign.
[Position button]: The computer will judge the overall position at this point.
[Hint button]: The computer will flash on its suggestion for the next move.
[End button]: To finish the game.

Panel at the bottom of the screen
[Button on the far left]: If you press it, the number of the current move will be displayed; 
                          if you press it again, it will disappear.
[The number next to it]: The number of moves on the board.
[Tournament clock button]: If you press it, the amount of time taken for the game is measured. 
                           If you press it again, the clock will stop.
[Date and time button]: Displays the date and the time.

Informing of atari
When the computer plays atari, there is a sound and a message appears in the bottom right of the screen.

If this is not needed, click the 'inform of atari' item in 'Game' in the menu bar.
After this, there will be no notification of atari.

How to end the game
When both sides pass in succession, the game ends.
Count the territory following the instructions in the bottom right section of the screen.

Press the 'position button', confirm the dead stones and territory, then press the same button again.
Press the 'arrange button', click on the dead stones and take them off the board.

(If you make a mistake, press the 'correct button' and put the stones back.)
When you have removed all the dead stones, press the 'complete button'. 
Next, the result of the game will be displayed in the bottom right of the screen.
If you want to rearrange the board once more, press the 'recalculate button'.

However, use of the program is free. 
We have not abandoned the copyright, so please do not transfer the program elswhere without permission, 
sell it or alter it.

This program is for beginners and children.
