(1) 6-Round Swiss League system
(Each group includes 64 players, total 8 groups for each level)
(2) Even game, 6.5 points Dum(Komi), 15 min each, Over time :30 sec 2
times
(3) Clocks will be used by player
(4) Tie break: WINS > SOS > SOSOS

15. Expenses and Other personal matters
(1) Koreans and family
1) Player participation fee is 120.000 KRW, including accommodation,
meals, transportation and sightseeing during the Youth festival
2) Family member fee is 200,000 KRW for 5 days including accommodation
and meals etc.
If the gender is different with your child, you might stay in a
different room.
3) Other personal items should be brought
(2) Foreign Participating Players and their family
1) Transportation
- Air tickets: must be purchased personally
- Staffs will be standby with pickets at the exit on ground floor upon
arrival
- Chartered buses operate between In-Cheon airport and tournament place
on Entry day (6th) and departing day (11th) (It normally takes about 2.5
hours on average; may be longer depending on traffic conditions)
2) Accommodation
- Period: from August 6(check-in) ~ 11s (Check-out)
- Participants who want to stay longer than the above period for
personal reasons have to bear any extra expenses by themselves.
- If you are a vegetarian, please let us know in advance.
3) Personal participant
- Personal participant pays 200,000KRW which is consisted of
accommodation, transportation, and Sightseeing
4) Other personal items should be brought
5) Concerning VISA
- If participants need visa, please check necessary documents to the
nearest Korean embassy and let us know them no later than 17TH OF JULY
